Bermuda's Minister of Legal Affairs, the Attorney General is the legal advisor to the Government of Bermuda and provides public access to Bermuda’s law. The Attorney General's Chambers/ Legal Affairs is appointed by the Governor under the constitution. The individual is administratively responsible for Director of Public Prosecutions who is otherwise independent and handles all criminal matters.
